Is there a contract to sign?
Almost all of our clients are on a month-to-month plan with us, on some occasions we do sign in to a contract but this is on a case-by-case basis.
How do we get our documents to you?
There are a number of possibilities but in most cases clients opt-in for cloud drives, Expensify, ReceiptBank or Hubdoc in order to share all documents needed. But don’t worry about this, we will advise you on how to safely and securely transfer your documents.
How will I see my books and analysis?
The beauty of cloud computing is that you will be able to access your books anytime, anywhere.
Are there setup fees?
For our Bookkeeping clients there is a $99 setup fee.
Where are you located?
We are based out of Miami and all of our staff is US based and trained, we currently support clients globally.

Do I have to let go my current In-House Controller?
In many cases, In-House Controllers are responsible for minimizing costs within their teams, and this is an area where our expertise shines. We can manage all your accounting operations while retaining your existing finance executives.
